Wow. 2 years. I can already say that the first one was just really busy with my last year at university. But the last one... Man, I just didn't do shit. I don't know, I just hit some sort of wall right after school. Call it a burnout or just fear, but I couldn't really CREATE. Total block. Sooooo since I've been working in a restaurant for the past year, I've decided to attend culinary school. I'm starting next week. Kind off stressing out, but still I'm relived to do something at last. Plus, cooking has been a huge interest of mine for the past fiew years.
